The Town of Richlands is accepting proposals for the following:
The Town of Richlands is accepting sealed bids for mowing and landscaping services within the corporation limits of the Town of Richlands. A complete list of the areas involved for Mowing (A) and Mowing (B) can be found here Mowing Link for (A) and Mowing Link for (B) or obtained at the Richlands Town Hall, 200 Washington Square, Richlands, VA 24641 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A certificate of insurance must be provided. Vendor must abide by all regulations as set forth in the contract / agreement approved by Town Attorney, prior to any work or assignment of duties.
Bid closing will be Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. for both Mowing Bid (A) and Mowing Bid (B). The Town of Richlands reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding, and to accept the proposal which, in its opinion, will be in the best interest of Town.

Bids must include all said cost associated with service, and MUST provide a list of equipment. As an option (Not Mandatory) provide pricing for the tractor mowing.

The Town of Richlands Council seeks consulting services for the recruitment and assistance of the selection of an appropriate candidate for the position of Town Manager for the Town of Richlands.
Proposer shall submit sealed bids, to the attention of Interim Town Manager, Ron Holt.
Proposal shall be received at the Richlands Town Hall, 200 Washington Square – Richlands, VA 24641.
Bids will accept until 3PM on March 30th, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted. All proposals will be evaluated. Preference will be given to those who have experience and knowledge of Town Manager/Council form of Government. Proposers may submit previous comparable work with other municipalities. Please provide all certifications and/or qualifying information. Proposer shall demonstrate experience working with local government municipalities.
Sealed Bids Should be Labeled – Consulting Bid /Request and MUST be Received by March the 30th, 2023 at 3PM.
